2 Cores Power Cable (XLPE Insulated)

XLPE insulated 2-core power cables are typically used in power transmission and distribution systems, complying with IEC60502 standard, designated as CU/XLPE/PVC 0.6/1KV.

Circular conductors are used for sizes less than 16mm², while shaped conductors are used for sizes equal to or greater than 35mm².

Additionally, we can supply XLPE insulated two-core power cables according to BS7889.

Operating temperatures typically range between 90°C and 110°C, varying based on cable design and the specific XLPE compound employed.

A two-core cable comprises live and neutral conductors only, suitable for 'Appliance Class II' (no earth connection).
