HENAN TINDE POWER CO., LTD.(hereinafter referred to as Tinde Power Cable) is approved and registered at the Administration for Industry and Commerce in Zhengzhou, Henan province, China. Engaged in the installation (repair, test) of power equipment, wire and cable, cable accessories, power equipment research, design and sales and other businesses. Tinde Power Cable has a registered capital of RMB 30 million and as of September 30, 2017, its total net asset value reached RMB 35 million; the fixed business premises are more than 2,200 square meters, of which the office area is 1,600 square meters and the material and equipment warehouse is more than 600 square meters.
