Product advantages

1.Integrated rubber lining. Enhanced sealing between blade, plastic shell and rubber lining, making the underwater and air pressure resistance of the product far greater than the standard 6KV/1MIN.

2.Special copper blade. The copper content is greater than 99.7%, and a special electroplating process is used to improve the product's conductivity and corrosion resistance, extending the life of the blade.

3.V0 grade insulated flame retardant shell. The insulation is greater than 2000 megohms, and the induced voltage is much less than the national standard safety voltage of 36V, which improves the safety of installation. High-strength environmentally friendly materials are used, reaching VO level in the 960-degree glow-wire test, and self-extinguishing when away from the fire.

4.Special material rubber lining. The material is softer, enhancing the overall puncture effect of the product, and the electrical performance is better. It is not affected by conventional outdoor high and low temperatures, does not soften at high temperatures, does not harden at low temperatures, and has a long service life.

5.Special torque nut. Separated from the wire and non-conductive. The special material is not easy to oxidize and corrode, and is more stable than conventional torque nuts.
